Day 35 - Saturday, July 5 - Tropical Storm Arthur, Sussex, NB

So about 3:00 am the rain came down in buckets and then the wind started.  It sounded like the sky had opened up and dumped it all at once!  We slept fitfully and finally conceded - time to get up.  Well today is a day of cleaning, organizing and cooking in the Moho.  Not so bad - this really is the first day that we have been confined to our Moho.  Not much to write about, except all areas around us have flooding, trees down, gusting winds and power outages.  Not sure if we are still planning to go to Digby, Nova Scotia or not.

If the weather calms a bit we might go for a drive, but other than that today is a day of puttering and resting.  I cleaned out the fridge and put a stew together in the crock pot so that's supper!
